When logging into computers on campus and MyOTC

You use the same User name and password.

MyOTC, Blackboard, AccessOTC, Webmail, etc.

Single sign-on through MyOTC accesses Blackboard, AccessOTC, Webmail, etc. Information is also available by visiting the MyOTC Online Help and FAQ.

I forgot the password I created.

There are different ways to go about having your password reset so that you can regain access to your accounts.

  1. Stop by the Student Computer Help Desk, located in the atrium of the Information Commons building, the Information Technology Help Desk (IT Help Desk), located in Graff Hall 203, Open Computer Lab, located in Information Commons East 223A, or Student Services, located in the Information Commons West, with a photo ID.

  2. Call the IT Help Desk, (417) 447-7548 during current operational hours.

  3. After hours, email helpdesk@otc.edu and the IT Help desk will respond to your request the next working day.

  4. PASS System - The PASS system allows faculty, staff & students to reset their passwords from on and off campus at anytime. In order to do this, you must create a profile.

NOTE: For security reasons, only you will be able to reset your password. A parent, spouse, relative, etc., will not have the authority to call or stop by on your behalf to take care of account issues.

Springfield Campus – Norton AntiVirus software by Symantec is available for purchase at the Cashier’s Office located on the second floor of the Information Commons building.

Lebanon – Norton AntiVirus software by Symantec is available for purchase at the reception desk as you enter the Lebanon Education Center.

Ozark – Norton AntiVirus software by Symantec is available for purchase at the main office window that is located to the right as you enter the Ozark Education Center in room number 113.

Branson – Norton AntiVirus software by Symantec is available for purchase at the reception desk as you enter the Branson Education Center.

e-Cashier

Formerly known as FACTS, e-Cashier is the vendor used by OTC to automate student tuition payments.

User ID: Your OTC ID number as shown on your student ID card (Example: 0123456)
Password: Your birthday with forward slashes (Example: 01/19/87)
